Do yourself a favor and avoid this company (and Thundercomm) at all cost. Waste of time and nerves. Overall this was the worst experience in my 15 years working with IT companies, never seen such unorganized, disrespectful, immature people running hiring process for sales manager/director role. Had ca 10 rounds with them, almost all interviewers were late, including 2 people late by almost an hour, one rep was in transition on airport (sic). They asked my to do one round during Christmas on 26th dec, followed by a follow up with the same person who interviewed me for 4 hours total and never show a formal document around job scope even I asked multiple times for that. After all of this circus I was told one sentence without any further explanation explanation- Ian thinks you are not a good fit with your experience for that job. After I ask for feedback call or any further details, hr told me that Ian is not ready and open for such a discussion..
