I also interviewed with Hayden, and after 1+ weeks, no follow-up, same as the previous candidate - I sent multiple follow-up emails. Even a generic "no" email would be nicer than no follow-ups at all. I was definitely qualified, but this seems to be a trend for interviewing here, after reading other reviews.

The recruiter screen was done via Zoom. It went pleasantly well and I checked off all of the boxes and requirements. I was told they’d follow up with the next steps in a few days. Well a few days turned into two weeks. Kinda bummed because it seemed like a good role and company but turned off by the lack of communication and completely disregard.

I started the interview process after applying online by speaking with the recruiter, who was very friendly and upbeat. While it did take some time to hear back, I was told I had advanced to the second round, which involved a writing assignment, then a third-round with the CX Manager and Team Lead and a fourth and final round with the Senior Director of CX.
Ultimately, I was not selected for the role. While disappointing, I understood, as the job market is extremely competitive. What I found most confusing, however, was seeing the exact same position posted the very next day. I reached out to ask whether the company was still exploring candidates but did not receive a response. After investing time and energy into four rounds of interviews over the course of six weeks, it was jarring to be told I was not selected only to see the role immediately reopened.
What started out as a positive experience, ended on a disheartening note. Not only because of the outcome but because of how it was handled. The interview process required a significant mental and emotional investment, and the lack of communication afterward left me feeling that candidates’ time and effort were not treated with the level of consideration they deserved.
