Getting an initial interview was easy. Didn’t continue to the second interview because, u like stated in the job posting, the hourly rate for Utah therapists is $45 per session and a full time case load is 25 sessions per week which adds up to $56k per year. They said it takes 6 months to build to a full case load. They also require you to dissolve your private practice if you have one and sign a strict non-compete restricting practicing elsewhere, so there is no possibility of making more than what they pay.

The interview went smoothly and was not awkward at all. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk with. The interview went In depth about the positive qualities I would bring to the company. I was able to ask all of my questions and got helpful responses.
