About a week after applying I got an invitation for a phone interview with a recruiter. They were nice and casual, mostly asking about my past experience, compensation expectations and where I'm at in my job search.
About a week after that I got a call to schedule an hour long Zoom interview with a panel of 4 hiring managers. Again, very nice and mostly asked about my past experience and a couple "Tell me about a time when" questions.
However after three weeks there's been no word from the recruiter, even after sending the them two separate emails asking for an update. Now I see the position posted again. Very unprofessional, the least they could do is say whether or not they moved onto other candidates.

Entrevista
Interview with Director of Employee Relations plus Director of Supervision Support. Was conducted via Zoom and was more of a getting to know you interview. No difficult questions and a bit of a lack of engagement.
