It started as a phone call with some basic questions. The guy conducting the interview was very professional and polite. He asked a multitude of questions and allowed me to ask some of my own questions as well.

Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
