The interview process included 4 rounds of interviews. The initial phone screen with HR, an interview with the hiring manager, a group interview and finally an interview with a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

I had four separate rounds: first was pretty general with HR manager, then hiring manager about specific skills for the role, then panel of colleagues I would work with, and final with a member of senior leadership. It pretty quickly and got an offer within 4-5 weeks of first contact.
