Interactive interview: wasn't sure what the company was all about or if it alined with my goals. But after sitting down with the hiring manager I was able to see the potential and the growth of the company. It was informative and gave me a little more insight into what the company did and the marketing tools they used. The best part was the second round interview, I was able to see the the basic structure of the company and how they are able to deal with their clients and the big box retailers. Everyone was very friendly and it was a positive atmosphere which is something I wasn't used to.
