Applied online, had zoom interview with the store manager.
Can’t say I was too impressed being interviewed by someone in a grubby tshirt. Overall experience was quite unprofessional and certainly not what I was expecting. Frankly happy I wasn’t chosen to progress as would have rejected the offer.

Online assessment. Fairly straight forward questions about customer service. Personality test too to see if you're a good fit. Are you hardworking, take credit, team player etc.? Scenario based questions are easy but can fall into traps if not reading questions carefully.
