Normal interview process. Starts with a phone interview. Applied via their website. They asked what kind of pay I was looking for and, after doing some digging, I found that they pay lower than my salary requirements. Rather than state that I was higher, they simply declined an offer. Now I ask employers what the position pays after they ask my requirements. At least then they are forced to answer and not leave me in the dark.
