Picking and Packing Associate is the same position as Stylist. I applied on Indeed and was invited to an in-person interview at their fulfillment center. It’s in an industrial area with street parking. Be mindful of the massive potholes and forklifts working in the street while you are looking for somewhere to park. There was one other candidate in the “interview” with me. There weren’t any questions before they gave us a 10-minute pen and paper assessment. It consisted of basic math, and picking which items, based on price, would best fit into which tier of their service. The assessment was simple— something that easily could have been done through Indeed’s skill tests. They didn’t like either of our answers, so they walked us out immediately after glancing at them. The interview was in a room in the back of the building, so they walked us out past all their employees after our failed interview.
