1. Phone Screening - Usually from HR. 2. Problem solving - Generally two or three problem statements are sent to the candidate, and asked to solve one of them using Object Orientation. Usually, three days are given for this. However, if required, the candidate could request the HR for extension. If the code is qualified, the candidate is invited to the office. In Office: 3. Code Pairing- The second part of the problem is solved in Thoughtworks office by pairing with a thoughtworker. 4. Logic Test - An 1 hour and 30 minutes, logic tracing test. 5. First round technical interview - Generally about 45 minutes with two thoughtworkers. 6. Second round technical interview - Generally about 45 minutes with two thoughtworkers. 7. Wonderlic test - Aptitude test with 50 questions to solve in 12 minutes. 8. Leadership round - A discussion with GM or similar person for about 15 minutes. 9. Personality test - No time limit, but to fill in the behavior characteristics. All rounds except the 9th one are elimination rounds.
