I had an initial screening interview followed by full day where I prepared a project plan and facilitated a brainstorm session and had group interview and interview with the principles. I thought things had gone well for such a long day. But I didn't hear back for months. The company was very personable and I enjoyed everyone I spoke with. I was more frustrated to have very little communication or follow up after making it to what felt like the final round of interviews.
