A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for a Senior Research Engineer position and scheduled a call. During the conversation, he asked about my experience, shared the job description, and mentioned it was a strong match with my background. He said he would initiate the application process right away and asked for my resume. However, after sending my resume, I never heard back. I followed up after a few days, but received no response. It’s been over three weeks, and there’s still complete silence. Very disappointing experience with poor communication.

There were 6 rounds in total. 2 Technical, 1 hackerrank take home assessment, 1 system design, 1 Core ML followed by HR round. Overall it was moderate to difficult. The communication was there throughout the process. Clear instructions and expectations. Overall felt good
