First round HR phone interview, followed by 3 onsite interviews. They were rather ill prepared for the interviews, since it was virtually everyone in the departments first time interviewing for interns. Since this facility is the old West Publishing location, many employees have long tenure and were acquired with the business.

I went through the entire process and it was really nice but the company was offering me position in Testing of Financial product so i politely declined
