Met a recruiter at a job fair. Within two months I was referred to a local hiring manager who I contacted via email. Within another few weeks I conducted a phone interview and follow up 1:1 interview.
The job was offered on the spot. Follow up is very imporatant as the people doing the hiring are busy with other responsibilities.

Applied online. Had an initial phone call, followed by a written test in translation and news writing, then a final stage interview with a team leader and HR manager. The whole process took five weeks.
Communication was good throughout, but after the final stage interview I received an impersonal rejection email and got no response when I enquired as to the reason.

The interview process is fairly straightforward. First round of interview was more of an icebreaker. After that, I did a writing test. Second round of interview was more formal and more focused on my experience, what the role is offering as well as expectations etc. Also any outsanding questions from both ends
