For senior level position interview was conducted by Business Head and Technology Head Overall process to close took almost 4-5 months It was candid interview based on questions related to past professional life and future goals. First round of interview was conducted by the person whom I was replacing Second round was conducted on telephone Third round was conducted by the Process Head and it was face to face Final round was conducted by the Business Head and it was face to face. Interview was for technology position who had to head strategic technology decision and interview process was aligned around those. I was able to get through it based on the indirect experience I gained in previous roles.
