Entrevista
I applied to the job during Christmas holidays so i didn't hear back 2 weeks later. Had a phone interview where i was asked my basic knowledge and skill set. Scheduled a in person interview a week later. Super laid back and chill, the hiring manager literally only asked to clarify some things on my resume. And spent the rest of the interview just describing the company and job. Got the offer 3 days later.

Interviewers didn't seem to have any understanding of the position they were interviewing for. Asked hypothetical research scenarios that just wouldn't ever happen. When I tried to explain research processes relating to these hypotheticals it was obvious they didn't understand. Didn't have any questions relating to my experience or skills and when I tried to bring things up I was told it wasn't relevant, but it was, they clearly just did not understand the role and what it entails.
