The interview process with Thomson Reuters was a very pleasant experience. I went through two rounds of interviews. The first with one person, the second with two. All interviewees were very kind.

There is one final round interview, about 40 minutes. The interviewers are very nice. The whole interview includes only behavior questions, such as teamwork and time management. They left about 10 minutes for the interviewee to ask questions.

Interview process is impersonal. It may be months between application and invitation to interview with no communication. In-person interviews have been replaced with video interviews. There is no opportunity for feedback or to ask questions. You basically talk to your laptop, there is little prep time and no redoing your answers.
