The process was fairly quick and straightforward. After applying I was contacted via e-mail and all the communication was clear. The process included a couple of written tests and video interviews.

Three interviews: HR (20 mins) - future boss (45 mins) - language check (15 mins)
The one with the future manager was the toughest one, not because of the manager but because of the person assisting her at the interview, who was looking at finding incompetencies in the interviewee's knowledge

Easy, but competency based. E.g tell me about a current financial issue within the housing market? How would you continue reporting if there’s an electricity shutdown? How does your experience align with this role?

The interview was a bit all over the place, and they correct you during the interview. They do a lot of scenario testing, but using highly unlikely scenarios. The salary negotiation is not really a negotiation.
