The interview was virtually recorded. You read the questions, and then have a limited time to record your answer. Some of the simpler questions are in writing. It is convenient and you are allowed to practice (with example questions). However, not having a person to engage with is awkward. Also, like most companies salary information is not provided until the end.

After several phone and video interviews, followed by a demanding 90-minute assessment—which I was informed I passed successfully—I was disappointed to receive no further communication from Thomson Reuters. Despite the time and effort invested in the process, the company ceased contact without providing any closure or feedback. A more transparent and respectful approach would have been appreciated.
