I had a preinterview screening by the HR contact, and was then brought in for an interview with 3 technical staff members, and then the hiring manager and one technical staff member. The questions asked covered both technical and your typical interview topics. I had recently left a position elsewhere, and was not probed for details for my departure from the previous position(which had not been a good match, but had been a great exploration for me).

I was interviewed by the hiring manager and a peer-level employee. They asked questions about my technical skills, client facing skills, as well as dealing with stressful situations. This is client-facing, so they wanted to make sure I would represent the company well.
