Met with the company a total of 8 times, and every time salary was discussed, I essentially shamed for thinking I deserved a certain salary. Not green in this industry by any means, over a decade of experience. There is no clear process, after interviews 3-8 I was told a final decision would be made to have to follow up myself, to be told I needed to meet with other people. They are VERY keen on a “personality test”, that isn’t Myers Briggs or anything that seems remotely legitimate. Not that I think those are legitimate to begin with. The process, conversations and overall tone made me feel like I was begging for a job.
