The Interview Process is well organized and the interviewers are very approachable but professional at the same time. First they will contact you via viber if you are available for the initial interview, they will ask you about your profile or resume and past work experience. After that the second interview was technical it was more about the company background and also sharing of ideas about cloud services and the platform they are using.

The interview process was very positive with friendly and supportive people. It was thorough and covered all relevant skillsets and expectations of the role. They provided a comprehensive overview of the company and I was left with a great sense of respect for what Thirdera does and what their long term goals are for the future.
