Recruiting Manager reached out Via LinkedIn, overall the experience was friendly and my experience lined up with the position. Spoke with her on the phone for about 30 minutes then was invited to an onsite interview that lasted 90 minutes. I don't mind going onsite for an interview but don't waste a candidates time walking them around the office and introducing them to others and asking at the end of the interview if they could see themselves working here...Gives a false sense of hope that you would be moving onto the next step in the interview process.
