Went through a two step interview process for a program that they wanted SME for to help write out courses. I met with two Instructional Designers on my second meeting and they both were very pleasant. They asked a few questions but honestly it was more of an honest conversation and discuss some items off my resume. I would in fact say that it was one of my easiest interviews because they just wanted to know more about me and my experience.
