Horrible and unprofessional experience. I applied online, and was contacted by a recruiter by email to schedule an interview. I provided several timeslots, but I never heard anything back from the recruiter. No confirmation nor follow up. A complete waste of time.
1) Phone Screen - simple call asking about experience and salary expectations 2) In person meeting - casual meeting of team members and informal conversation 3) Panel Interview - 4 personal

Behavioural questions related to project management
The first was a phone interview, then followed by 2 in-person interview. HR was very responsive and gave step by step guidance along the way. Overall the process took 3 weeks before the offer was made.
