The candidate with all of these skills is offered the opportunity to, for free, "lead a team of skilled journalists and writers, guiding them in delivering top-notch news articles, reports, and features", "edit and proofread content to ensure it meets our quality standards, including grammar, style, and accuracy", "collaborate closely with reporters, photographers, and other content creators to develop compelling and engaging news stories", "manage editorial calendars and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely delivery of content", "stay updated on current events, trends, and industry developments to ensure our coverage is relevant and timely", "uphold journalistic ethics and maintain a high level of objectivity and fairness in all published content", "develop and maintain relationships with sources, experts, and contributors to enhance our news network", "play a role in content planning, helping to identify newsworthy topics and angles for coverage", "engage with audience feedback and adapt editorial strategies based on reader preferences", "ollaborate with other departments, such as digital media and marketing, to optimize content distribution and engagement" and, above all, waste three months neither earning nor learning anything new.
