Terrible with AI, CV gets discarded 10 minutes after applying (how is this even possible? did anyone actually check if I have the qualifications?). This happens for many job postings, again and again. Terrible terrible terrible. Borderline disrespectful

It was an organized virtual interview with a panel of 3, I was asked to speak about myself and to describe a typical day for the role I was applying for. How much I was expecting to be paid for the role and if I was having any upcoming vacations. They did not take long to provide feedback after the interview.
