The interview was actually in 2007 but that was not given as a year option and the interview was with the department director and a team member and it was a behavioral interview that took roughly an hour. The questions looked for a STAR which means situation/ task, action and result. If you have never had an interview like this before youa re being asked to give times you have done certian things instead of what you would do in a situation.
