I went through the interview process for a senior-level role and came away genuinely disappointed by how poorly it was managed from start to finish. The recruiter told me I'd be meeting with three separate interviewers. Only two showed up. While the error was acknowledged, it was still a frustrating waste of time that could have been avoided with better coordination upfront. The follow-up communication was even more frustrating. I was told twice that I'd hear back "next week," and this cycle repeated over multiple weeks before I finally received a rejection. That kind of stringing along is disrespectful of candidates' time and energy. The interviews themselves weren't much better. The directors I spoke with seemed unclear on what they were actually looking for in the role. One was visibly confused about the job description itself, which raises real questions about how well the hiring team had been aligned before bringing candidates in. If you're considering interviewing here, go in with low expectations for communication and organization. The role itself may be fine, but the process left a lot to be desired.
