Overall process is comprised of 4 interviews which are split into:
1. Getting to know you/CV review
2. Sales simulation
3. Analysis and feedback
You'll first be interviewed by someone from the growth team, they will then act as your coach throughout the process i.e it's their job to get you through to the end! If you pass the 1st stage you are interviewed by another senior agile coach/business developer. They will follow the same format above. If they 'sponsor' you then again another senior biz dev will interview you following the same format as above. If they sponsor you as well you will be interviewed by the CEO of the UK office and the same interview format will apply but your CV will be reviewed more carefully and it's important to be as honest as you can!

Brought me in for 5 meetings over 5 weeks. Offered me the job just before lockdown, but they didn't countersign my contract, never reneged on the offer and instead told me to start looking elsewhere, leaving me to find another job mid-lockdown.
