My time interviewing at Thentia exposed not only the inefficient internals of the company but also the remarkably low standards of how they treat prospective new employees. I cannot recommend wasting any time interviewing with this company.
For reference, I started my initial conversation with Thentia regarding this position in March of 2023. The interview process itself was fairly straightforward, although clearly disorganized, and the company ended up rescheduling one interview at the interview time because the employee I was supposed to talk to was OOO... It wasn't until the end of May, after 3 rounds of interviews and ignoring my follow-ups, that they disclosed that the position I was interviewing for was now "on hold". During this period the talent partner I was working with went on multiple multi-week vacations.
No problem, I understand that things change! I let the talent partner know I was still interested in the role should it open back up and they let me know I'd be first to hear. Well, here we are a year later - the role I applied for is now active again for the same location on LinkedIn and I still haven't heard a thing. I went from excited about the interview prospect to having absolutely 0 interest, and I would not recommend getting involved to anyone after my experience. Bullet dodged!
