Applied through website, got a call from the HR, Rachel. She didn't bother scheduling an interview and was forced to have a telephonic interview in two hours. And then they gave an assignment and once I submitted, meanwhile Rachel had contacted other classmates of mine who applied to the same role asking them to make changes to their assignment and I got no email or any communication. A week later, Rachel sent me an email, asking for an updated assignment. At this point, I was clueless and when questioned, she just started telling me that I should have changed this and that and then she asked me for an hour's time to let me know. Half and hour I got a rejection mail. Have no idea what happened, did not even give me feedback.
Was very unclear and cloudy. The HR had not communicated the interview steps properly and also the initial round was supposed to be a portfolio screening round. the interview got delayed for more than 2 hours and I was not informed prior to the timeslots. One of the worst experiences ever.

Do not interview here guys and definitely do not do an assignment for them, they are very bad at getting back to you even after you put in so much time in doing assignments for them, I am reviewing this anonymously out of fear that they might take revenge and blacklist me among other ui and ux firms. Don't bother applying, they don't care about your efforts. I was even told after my first interview that they will get back to me but haven't heard back yet. I even emailed a follow up email and called the hr but no response. Other reviews also corroborate my experience.

Talk about my completed assignment given by thence
Quite a long interview process and every round of the interview is an elimination round. There were around 5 to 6 rounds in total. I could not clear the final round where I had a one-to-one interview with the head of the company.
