The process starts with a recruiter call. The next step is a 30 minute zoom interview to discuss experience. The interview was over zoom but I was told to keep the camera off. I never had to turn my camera off to have an unbiased interview. Usually, you interview face to face and have no worries of being not treated equally. To tell candidates to turn the camera off so you will have a fair and unbiased interview shows bigger problems. I was rejected because I spoke to fast and I didn't convey the experience need. That is totally fine I can accept that but I feel the company culture has bigger issues.
