The interview consisted of two stages - a phone interview and an in-person interview that is followed by a 45min mock assignment. The first part of the in-person meeting went wonderfully as Ellie, Diane (Principal) and the HR Manager were very pleasant to connect with on a social level and asked me very professionally valid questions. My feedback on the mock assignment is rather than having to develop a budget plan, work back schedule and a contingency plan for a hypothetical RFP all within 45min, limit it to one the plan so that the candidate can feel as if they are able to more or less complete the assignment to a high standard. Candidates understand the requirement to thoroughly evaluate their skills/experience, although having all three of the above deliverables is stretch. One will not feel as if each component can be completed to a decent standard and be comprehensive enough for submission, and this affects the candidates' morale in delivering such a tall order.

Seems like a great opportunity and company to work with but you could be stuck in a box and not be able to grow outside of your role. Cool that the office is dog friendly!
