Very few questions were asked about my qualifications, and those which were asked were basic. Got the impression there is high turnover, so it didn't matter who got the position in the end. They just hoped for someone would eventually stick. I inquired why the previous person had left this position, and got a very lengthy response as to how the person did not have the right attitude and spoke up about problems. Was also informed of the odd schedule for the job (Three 12-hour days, and one 6-hour day per week) which if I'd have known prior to applying, I wouldn't have bothered. Ultimately, after the interview, I knew the job wasn't for me and informed them of such.

Relatively standard interview- met with department supervisor initially, which then progressed to meeting with HR and an additional seasoned employee, followed by a third/continued interview which included the campus director. Interview/early stages of pre-employment also included background check, fingerprint, physical, off-campus drug screen appointment at later date.
