Short interview process that took place over about a week. I applied online after seeing a listing on Craigslist, and emailed my resume. A few days later I received a call to come in for an interview. After the interview, I was called back in about five days for a secondary interview at which point the offer of employment was extended to me.

All basic questions related to past experience at my prior job, and hypotheticals as to how I would handle a difficult or irate customer in various circumstances.

The response time was fast in setting up a time to meet. When I got to the store there was not a formal interview. The manager asked me a few questions about my self and about my availability. I was hired on the spot.

What was my availability for the year/busy season.
It was an easy interview process, they started by going over the job responsibilities and then asked for experience with previous roles, some questions about computer proficiency as well as a typing test and then salary expectations and availability to accommodate working hours.
