Step 1: Apply online. Step 2: The manager will call or send email to set up 1st interview. Step 3 depending on how interview #1 went you may either get your 2nd interview that same day if the owner is in the office or you will get a call back or an email scheduling your 2nd interview. Step 3, Depending on how the 2nd interview goes it will be about 1 week for the background check to clear once that clears the position will be offered.

Ended up needing to travel far from the actual job site to get the interview, was initially asked to go out of state but settled for a different county. The way the franchise owner talked it would have seemed I had the job but when I sent an email asking about benefits after the interview I never heard back.
