Very nice and casual. The accountant I was to intern under interviewed me personally. She was looking mostly at your willingness to work hard, whether you had the capability, and the schedule. The schedule was important as she wanted you to work for at least 6 months. She didn't want people dropping out midway.

The interview was 2 rounds and it was basic questions. I had it virtually and they asked me basic questions nothing out of the ordinary in the 2 rounds of interviews.
