Don't waste your time applying here.
It was one of my worst job interviews EVER.
The first and second interviews went okay. The interview with the CEO was traumatic. I live in a different part of the world with a different timezone so I had to wake up very early in the morning to attend an interview with the CEO - only to be ghosted. Not once - but twice.
Who would want to work for a company who has a CEO that is unprofessional?

The experience was a stark contrast between the initial interaction with the recruiter and the subsequent meeting with the manager.
The recruiter's interview was relatively standard, filled with general questions and conducted with cordiality. I felt at ease as we discussed my qualifications and experiences. However, the tone shifted dramatically when I met with the manager.
From the moment the manager began the interview, it was evident that his demeanor was far from welcoming. His serious expression and frequent yawns painted a picture of disinterest that permeated the entire conversation. Instead of engaging with me about my professional background and skills, he seemed more focused on highlighting the negatives of the role I was applying for.
It quickly became apparent that the manager had already made up his mind about the ideal candidate, and I was merely a formality in the hiring process. His lack of interest in my experiences or qualifications was evident, and it left me feeling disrespected and undervalued.
Throughout the interview, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was wasting my time. It was clear that the manager's mind was already made up, and any effort I put into the conversation was futile.
In the end, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. While I understand that not every interview will lead to a job offer, I had hoped for a basic level of respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was sorely lacking in this particular interaction. Moving forward, I will be more cautious in pursuing opportunities with organizations that fail to value the time and effort of their candidates.
