First, I had an interview with a recruiter that was mostly just preference types of questions. Then I had what they called a clinical interview with another SLP in the company, which were the typical SLP type interview questions. Once I was hired by The Stepping Stones Group I was required to interview with the specific school they were placing me at.

There were two rounds of interviews, one was a recruiter call and the second was a clinical interview. Questions regarding your experience, your interests, and a few clinical questions. Overall quick process and fairly easy!
