Entrevista
I am typically skeptical about online rating sites, but, before going in for the interview following the phone screen, I read the glassdoor review that a candidate for the E.A. position had written. I wanted to take the negative review with a grain of salt, but was glad I read it as it (1) kept me from wishful thinking during the interview process and (2) made me consider what references I supplied when they asked for them. (Sidenote: it seems extremely inappropriate to me for an organization to contact someone's references when they aren't ready for an offer).
I don't want to get too specific with anecdotes or be personal, but in terms of the interview process, I would not consider the management of the solar foundation to be either considerate or courteous. My hope for the program staff (who all seemed really great) is that this does not reflect working there. It also occurred to me that some of the unprofessional tactics in the interview process might just be a byproduct of the fact that the organization is just starting to grow and the managers don't seem to have a lot of experience with recruiting or evaluating people.
