The interviewer was a little deceptive and called the actual interview an "introduction". This made me less prepared than I should have been and it was also for a different role than I applied for, so I figured they wanted to introduce themselves to me before having me interview for a different role/department. The interviewer was 10 minutes late, which also contributed to my confusion when she replied to my follow up email (thanking her for meeting me and talking to me more about the role they were interested in me for) and said "we've decided not to move forward with your candidacy".
