Reynolds is a medium sized, family owned company. They make industrial adhesives and glues. I was referred by a business associate who is a friend of the owners. Reynolds was looking for a customer service associate to back up several outside sales reps across the U.S. I was interviewed by a panel consisting of the two owners, plant manager, and head of accounting.
