I was asked to take an Excel test prior to interviewing. When I finished the test I was told that the interviewer had to leave. I was asked to rescheduled (which was unhelpful because I was interviewing for other jobs) to a different day. I came back another day and then went through quick questions like "How do you fit this job?" "How much experience do you have?" "What are your goals?" After I finished the interview I was asked to give references - this should have been asked for prior to completing an interview as I was told they needed answers from these references the same day. Then, I had to go to the contract company and interview.
