It started with a quick phone call from someone in HR to go over my application and resume. I set up a time to meet with someone for an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes long. We went over my education and job experience, and they told me a little about the job and the duties. It was fairly easy. I think they just want to make sure that you understand that the job and the patients can be challenging. The job is a really great experience for someone that is just getting out of school and looking for something in the mental healthcare field.
