After a quick phone call, I was emailed a behavioral and cognitive assessment. After completing that, I had a phone call with the hiring manager. Following that, there was an onsite interview lasting 3-4 hours in 30-45 minute increments, each with 1-3 people. Everything I experienced indicates that PI is an exceptional company with exceptional people.
