Fairly in-depth process which starts with a personality and IQ test followed by several phone screens and what they call "Super Day" where you are brought into the office to meet with multiple people including someone from their People Dept. (HR). There seems to be a lot of disconnect between the multiple people which results in a frustrating experience that left a very bad taste in my mouth especially as everyone I spoke to constantly touted how truthful/forward/transparent they are but appears they cannot seem to manage this throughout the interview process. Additionally, difficult to trust a company who sends correspondences at 12:04 AM on a Sunday night because they do not want an immediate response especially since the notice should have come in through the phone instead of email.
