Obscene amount of interviews, 3 or 4 rounds. It wasn't difficult, but completely unnecessary for the nature of the job. Can be a hindrance if you're taking time off your current job to keep coming in. The questions didn't change it was just necessary to meet this person and that person, and in no particular order, meaning you can meet the vice president in a first round and then meet a supervisor or a regular rep in the third round. The interview was really bungled in my case.
