Super quick, totally painless and very friendly. Interviewed with store manager but was greeted by employees beforehand. They definitely care about appearance so if you weren’t aware already, dress for the part. Be familiar with at least some merchandise, as they’ll ask you multiple questions pertaining to how you’ll handle product info/selling to customers.
